Get ready to groove with our Ecstatic Dance session! We're diving into the natural elements and their rhythms in the dance floor, journeying into our bodies through a guided experience that combines mindfulness, embodiment and free-spirited dance to take you back to your body and calm your mind. 

We'll connect with the spring season and the air element, feeling grounded in our feet as we dance freely and wildly. Expect to feel lighter, delicate, and fully immersed in the joy of spring.

You'll be free to move based on the guidance from our facilitator in a relaxed, judgment-free space. The energy in the room will become a collective journey, where each of us contributes to this unique moment, creating an atmosphere of connection and unity.

Our facilitator is Virginia Bailón, Psychodramatist, Gestalt Coach & 5rhythms practitioner. She has been holding spaces of personal and professional development for groups and individuals since 2019. She believes the body can tell us what we don´t express with words and with our logical reasoning, also that our body in movement can make us be closer to our needs & desires. She has found in conscious dance a powerful way to meditate and cultivate intention, passion and vitality.
