There are at least two artists by the name of ArcAngel:

(1) A melodic rock band from the early 80ies. Their 1983 release "ArcAngel" contained AOR classics like "Sidelines" and "Tragedy" and featured singer Jeff Cannata who later had a solo hit with "Fortune Teller".
