WELCOMING SPRING. SOUND BATH WITH GONG, CRYSTAL & HIMALAYAN SINGING BOWLS AND MORE

In this Sound Bath we will explore, through a guided meditation, the arrival of spring. The ideas of rebirth, rejuvenation, renewal, resurrection and regrowth will flow with the sound of our harmonic instruments to welcome the flowering and fertility that this season gives us.

The sound bath is a practice by inmersion in sound and includes three different moments.

Breathwork. We will practice an specific breathing technique to prepare our mind to this internal journey and to reach heightened states of awareness and a deeper state of meditation. 

Sound. We will play pure sound vibration from all our variety of overtone-emitting instruments including gong, Himalayan singing bowls, Quarts bowls, chimes, Didgeridoo, Overtone-singing and more. The group will be surrounded by different frequencies, feeling in a state of placidity and relaxation. 

Integration. An opportunity to share musings, thoughts, feelings and poetics about our individual experiences.

The benefits of a session with this type of instruments are multiple, 45 minutes of this meditational technique equals 8 hours of deep sleep. It is a moment of deep relaxation and healing. 

On a physical level, release of stress and relaxation, restoration of the balance of the endocrine system through the vibration of the pituitary or pituitary, stimulates the generation of endorphin and dopamine and healing of body areas, emotions, thoughts.
