La International Ballet Company, una de las mejores compañías de ballet clásico de
Europa integrada por solistas y bailarines de Inglaterra, Francia, Ucrania, España e Italia
entre otros países, nos invita, dentro de su Gira de Invierno 2025, a disfrutar de una de las
obras más emblemáticas del repertorio clásico de ballet, la “Bella Durmiente”.
LA BELLA DURMIENTE
En la corte del Rey Florestan, se celebra el bautizo de la Princesa Aurora, el Hada Lila y
otras hadas han sido invitadas, excepto el Hada Carabosse, a quien Cantalabutte, el
maestro de ceremonias ha olvidado invitar. Indignada, Carabosse realiza un hechizo
maléfico, “Cuando la Princesa cumpla 16 años, se pinchará con la aguja de una rueca y
dormirá durante 100 años”. El maleficio se rompe cuando el Hada Lila cuenta lo sucedido
al Príncipe Desiré y este besa a Aurora.
Para celebrar la boda entre Aurora y Desiré se preparan alegres festejos donde bailarán
personajes de conocidos cuentos.
