TRIBUTO A LED ZEPPELIN
Letz Zep son considerados hoy en día como el mejor grupo tributo a Led Zeppelin, dentro y fuera del Reino Unido. No son un ejercicio de nostalgia, sino de la rebelión contra el tiempo; un grito de representación del corazón contra la mediocridad y el olvido. Una banda formada por cuatro músicos ingleses de enorme talento, experimentados y con todo lo necesario para llevar a cabo la tarea de acercar la música de Led Zeppelin a las nuevas generaciones.
El mismo Robert Plant ha llegado a decir que “era como verse a sí mismo sobre el escenario”. Tanto él como Jimmy Page han asistido a algunos de sus conciertos. De hecho, tanto ellos como la compañía discográfica Warner les invitaron a la fiesta presentación del CD “Mothership” de Led Zeppelin. Aval suficiente y espaldarazo definitivo para su reconocimiento internacional. La prensa no ha sido menos y han actuado en la BBC1, BBC2 y ITV1, han escrito sobre ellos en Rolling Stone, Classic Rock, Kerrang, Le Figaro y han intervenido en Planet Rock Radio de Darren Reddick y en BBC Radio 2 donde Chris Evans les valoró con un “10 sobre 10”. En aproximadamente dos horas de concierto se repasa la discografía de Led Zeppelín con “Escalera al cielo”, “Whole lotta love”, “Rock roll”, etc..., la lista es muy larga. Letz Zep es la única forma de escuchar todas las canciones de Led Zeppelin en directo. Es uno de los mejores grupos tributo de Inglaterra. Todos los miembros de la banda tienen una larga carrera musical y mucha calidad. Los une el interés común de reproducir la música de Zeppelin.
Últimamente han tocado en Israel, Hungría, Grecia donde han tenido un gran éxito. En febrero tienen previsto actuar en Brasil. Un concierto imprescindible para los amantes de Led Zeppelin.
