Rozalén, para empezar, posee un dominio, yo diría que natural y absoluto, del "canto popular". Por las características peculiares y "jondas" de su voz y de su música, rompe con todos los estereotipos o moldes que podamos imaginarnos; ella es capaz de adentrarse, con extraordinaria naturalidad y frescura, en cualquier género o estilo: el blues, la copla, el son, el flamenco, el pop, el rap, la música árabe, la canción de autor, o lo que se proponga. Y es que Rozalén es, en realidad, una revelación del "canto sin fronteras"; es otra forma de ser cantando.
