André de Castro nos hablará de esta técnica y nos explicará:
• El marco histórico del estilo.• Cómo sujetar el hilo, las agujas, la colocación de las manos y la tensión correcta al tejer.

The Portuguese knitting style keeps being the most used in countries with long knitting traditions such as Egypt, Perú, Brasil, Bulgaria, Greece and, of course, Portugal.
André de Castro will talk about this technique and he will teach us:
• Its historical framework.
• How to hold the yarn and the needles, how you should place your hands and which is the right tension to use while knitting.
• How to minimize the movement with the Portuguese knitting technique and therefore, how to reduce the risk of injuries that are so common in other styles. If you want to know more about this designer's achievements, check his profile.
