FULL MOON RITUALS
A night of Yoga, Meditation, and Sharing
Join us for a magical evening under the full moon's glow as we engage in rituals designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.
The event includes:
Full moon yoga: Begin with a gentle yoga practice to tap into the lunar energies, flow with the Moon Salutation sequence.
Meditation: Immerse yourself in a guided meditation to connect with the power of manifestation.
Journaling and rituals: bring your diary or a paper, we are going to do some writing activities and a alchemic rituals.
Sharing circle, support and connect. This time bring your "special gift", your voice, your art, your energy as we will spend some time to hear you. Bring also your best recepice as we are going to eat together.
This enchanting evening is an opportunity to release what no longer serves you and set powerful intentions for the coming lunar cycle.
We are going to gather under the magical view of the full moon, rising from the ocean.
Bring your own mat, water, some food to share, and of course an open heart, and good vibes as we gather under the moonlight.
