«Migrantes» es la temática elegida para la XXVII edición del Festival Internacional del Cuento de Los Silos, que celebrará del 2 al 7 de diciembre de 2022, aunque las visitas escolares comenzarán el 14 de noviembre.
El artista encargado de realizar el cartel ha sido el sevillano Ramón J. Freire Santa Cruz, quien en la pasada edición estuvo como invitado impartiendo el taller La luz grabada.
Según Freire, se trata de una obra narrativa que recoge la temática migratoria de esta edición del festival. A través de la técnica del grabado y el dibujo, “el espectador puede sumergirse e indagar en todos los detalles que hay en cada escenografía”.
El cartel está compuesto en vertical y los materiales han sido protagonistas a la hora de la ejecución de la técnica. Esa composición vertical es realmente “una rueda abierta muy frágil. Nos evoca a esa fragilidad que se produce cuando alguien migra, situaciones que están siempre pendidas de un hilo”, explica el artista sevillano.
Por otra parte, en el cartel también aparece un faro “como guía de tantas personas que estamos alejados de nuestra tierra por distintos motivos”, añade Freire. “Aparecen maletas u otros elementos referidos a la migración y, además, se pueden observar personas y personajes de diferentes edades”, haciendo alusión a que este fenómeno afecta a todo tipo de personas.
