Mento es una de las bandas de mayor recorrido en el panorama regional. Con más de diez años de experiencia, esta banda lagunera se ha labrado en base a su buena música e intensos directos. Tras una larga etapa de autoconocimiento, y entrega absoluta,  Mento se aventuró a grabar su tercer álbum (Oxímoron) en 2014 fuera Canarias, de la mano de Pablo Cebrián como productor, y arropado por Arcadia Music. Esta aventura les permitió crecer mucho más como músicos y proyecto musical.

Con influencias de grandes bandas como Radiohead o The Cure, Mento presenta un estilo propio de un rock sentimental, con oleajes intimistas, altibajos y claroscuros siendo siempre el resultado embaucador para el oyente.
