Las personas a menudo construimos paredes mentales que nos protegen de un supuesto peligro emocional respecto a los otros, nos pasamos la vida buscando la manera de liberarnos y lo único que hace falta es derribar el “Envà” que nos impide sentir plenamente y comunicarnos sin barreras.
