SIEMPRE, EN ALGÚN LUGAR
Una obra que podemos definir como un Poema Escénico Espectáculo teatral multidisciplinar en el que el cuerpo humano coexiste con las nuevas
tecnologías en una extraña y bella armonía. Esa belleza y armonía que recordamos como nuestras y que seguro sobreviven a salvo, Siempre, en Algún Lugar. Danza, teatro y vídeo se complementan entre sí para crear un único lenguaje entendido por las emociones, por la intuición, por la conciencia.
…Somos esa especie que vive preparada para lo que sea. Incluso para salir de este laberinto, que es el mundo, y habitar un lugar en el que lo único absoluto sea nuestra nuestra libertad… Sal del mundo…

PaulaQuintana es una compañía de teatro-danza. Se caracteriza por un marcado lenguaje personal, en el que confluyen estilos como el teatro textual, el flamenco y la danza contemporánea, siempre al servicio de una dramaturgia centrada en el Ser Humano y que busca la comunicación directa con el espectador, estableciendo una relación emocional y sincera, de “tu a tu”, de persona a persona, estén a un lado u otro de la escena.
El arte como lenguaje del “conocimiento interior”, lenguaje para crear mensajes e imágenes entendidas por la intuición y las emociones. El cuerpo (el movimiento, la danza) como medio de comunicación, entre el “dentro” y el “fuera”. Para el creador, el arte es una vía de expresión, de reflexión, de evasión… aspirar a que lo mismo ocurra con el espectador, haciendo que éste asuma la cultura en general como un derecho que le pertenece y le incumbe, algo de lo que forma parte. El trabajo de la compañía se centra en generar obra artística con la que apelar al universo interno de cada persona. Un trabajo centrado en la conexión con el lado sensitivo del espectador: no con su intelecto sino con sus emociones. La intelectualidad
intervendrá irremediablemente después, para intentar explicar “razonablemente” lo que los sentidos ya han asimilado. Dentro de ello, situarse de igual a igual, de persona que siente a persona que siente, estén a un lado u otro de la escena….
