La historia se desarrolla en un convento que se encuentra justo al lado de un centro de entrenamiento de futbolistas.  Allí permanece la Madre Superiora, una mujer muy estricta con las reglas y normas que impera en la Iglesia Católica, y que inculca en el resto de las monjas de la congregación. Sin embargo, entre sus religiosas, se encuentra Sor Jazmín y Sor Violeta, cansadas de la vida monástica acogidas al celibato, la obediencia, la castidad y la clausura.

Violeta y Jazmín, una más extrovertida y desobediente mientras que la otra más tímida y sumisa, buscarán desesperadamente a un “Señor” que no precisamente estará en el Cielo. Lucharán entre penitencias, castigos, pasiones y lujurias para liberarse de un pesado hábito que ya poco respetan.

Sin embargo Petunia, la Madre Superiora, tras su fachada firme y rígida, esconde un pecado original en el “Santo Huerto”, que hará que sus monjas se revelen tomando la mejor decisión de sus vidas.

Entre divertidas oraciones, alocadas mentiras y puestas de escena musicales, tres monjas serán las protagonistas de un SACRILEGIO.
