Formada en 2005, SOBREDOSIS DE SODA nace como un homenaje y una celebración de la música de Soda Stereo. Además de lograr una reproducción sonora idéntica de todos los temas y arreglos originales, la banda ha desarrollado una puesta en escena que representa fielmente la imagen del grupo con los diferentes vestuarios referentes a las distintas épocas de la banda. Su líder y cantante, Mariano Albergoli, ha demostrado a lo largo de estos 10 años que la similitud de su voz con la de Gustavo Cerati es un fuerte pilar sobre el que se ha construido y desarrollado este proyecto.
SOBREDOSIS DE SODA recrea los shows del trío Cerati/Bosio/Alberti y produce una gran emotividad en los oyentes que buscan recordar a la banda más importante de la historia del Rock de América Latina: Soda Stereo.
