Fulki - The ball of fried bread, stuffed with potato, onion and black chickpeas with tamarind juice (bittersweet)

Kachila Khen/Batuk Chukauni -  All the flavors of the Baltic Sea, with our Polish ceviche, which combines marinated herring with potatoes.

Chicken Sekuwa/Tofu Chilly - Chicken or tofu marinated in native spices (2 skewers)

Chhowmein Stir-fried noodles with vegetables and temporary meat

Main Entree
Samaya baji (Veg or non-veg)
It is a festive dish of ours, which comes with a lot of variety in one plata. We serve on a sall tree lead plate and includes rice flakes, Bhatmaas sadeko (roasted soybeans), fried potatoes, spinach, Bara (a type of lentil fritter), Tama Aalu (a type of potato), Egg (optional), Chhoyela (spicy grilled meat or vegetarian version), potato pickle, and Ayla (alcohol).
