Arar قرار which means ( Decision ) is a Syrian heavy metal band formed in the summer of 2008 , using an arabic lyrics as a continuity to the new wave of Syrian music that using the Arabic in every genre ( Jazz, Folk, Metal, Rock, Punk, Rap ) ....independent and away from the media promotions, this wave stated a revolution in the arab musical world .
